"The Tivoli was an excellent choice for our two-night stay in Florence. The palace is full of history and charm, while also being stylish, modern and beautifully decorated throughout. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of options and sundowners on the roof terrace are not to be missed. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it."
"The staff here was amazing, super friendly and attentive, our stay was perfect the rooms are gorgeous, bed was comfortable, very modern amenities I cannot wait to return to this hotel "

"The hotel was very convenient for the train station.
Positioned very well for downtown shopping.
Breakfast was fantastic daily.
Staff was very pleasant."
"We had a city view room on first floor and the street noise from the carts setting up in the early morning and the young people coming back from the bars will keep light sleepers awake. Otherwise, loved the staff and the location."
"Beautiful room, great location, friendly staff, good breakfasy. The only thing that annoyed us was the motion sensor light in the bathroom. If someone had to go in the middle of the night, it was so bright the whole room lit up. Also, it turned off while I was in the shower and no amount of waving my arms turned it back on.
Honestly, despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel was perfect and I would gladly stay there again if I ever return. "
"Beautiful rooms, very clean. Staff was all very good especially the lady at the front desk(can’t remember her name). Great location. Breakfast was really good, except the coffee…the machine didn’t work very well. "
