An actual 5 star property

Fantastic house, owner met us at check-in for a walk through and explained how everything worked. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was clean. The games room was epic and the kids had a blast. Beds, linens and towels were all first rate and communication was a breeze. I would very happily come for a return visit

Our family had a wonderful time, very comfortable stay except the upstairs bedrooms need air conditioning. Also be prepared to do laundry as you are expected to leave all the towels clean. The host was very accommodating and we really loved his deliveries of fresh berries

Came up from WA to see the Christmas lights at Butchart Gardens. Beautiful house! Beyond well stocked kitchen! Game room is amazing! Just minutes to the Gardens and close to downtown Victoria. Great place to stay with lots of room.

This was an excellent property with easy location to Butchart Gardens and Airport. Fun children and teen activities with arcade. Hot tub and pool! Fully equipped with cooking equipment and tasty treats and liquor/pop. We had a very enjoyable week with 13 and enjoyed our stay and activities in the Victoria and Sydney area.

Fantastic property

My family stayed here for our Christmas holiday. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 10 to 71. It was perfect. The hot tub was used every day and the games rooms was amazing. Beautiful area for some walks and close enough drive to many beautiful locations. The house easily accommodated all of us for meals, games and sleeping. The owner/property manager were very helpful and quick to respond to our queries before and during our stay. Thank you Satnam and Kip!

An ideal house for large group

The house was very beautiful, and was a perfect fit for a party of 10. The host was very patient explaining all the details of the house when we first arrived. The house was very clean, and we could tell the host spent a lot of time maintaining the house. There was plenty of supplies in the house. The rooms were roomy and cozy. The game room was amazing which everyone would want to spend much time in there. Thanks for hosting us, would definitely want to come back and stay here again!

Lovely home in berry growing area

Great home for us 6 adults and 3 children. Satnam was there to show us how to use the game room and other aspects of his home. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes for a crowd. Master suite on 1st floor, 3 queen bedrooms up and children's room has 5 twin beds. Beds were comfortable and towels were soft! The downside is if you have a hot spell [85 F] in summer, the upstairs is quite warm. By now, the owner may have added another high power fan to draw in the cool night air. I think the shoulder seasons would be quite comfortable. It's a short drive to Butchart gardens. Downtown is about 20 minutes away. There are a number of parks nearby for the runners/walkers/joggers in the group. The pool and hot tub were a plus, and the game room was very popular. But best were the delicious berries Satnam brought us!
