"The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! The location is prime. so close to great landmarks like the legislature, Government street and many others. Very walkable, and convenient for day and night activities. The room was spacey, and very well equipped (Room with kitchen). The hallways were very quiet and most importantly, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival (bathroom included). Would most definitely recommend and stay for any future travels to Victoria. "

"Hotel was great!! Location is perfect for anyone who just wants to park the car and walk everywhere. Restaurant is very very good! Great quality and variety of options. Waiters were really knowledgeable on the menu and drinks. We only had a slight issue with the time it took for the valet to bring the car around but they made it up to us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Victoria. It’s the same quality if not better than the Empress, which we have stayed at before. The rooms are more modern and updated than the Empress."
