Nice, new hotel. Rooms were spacious. We had a king suite and double queen suite. The queen suite was very large was perfect for everyone to gather in. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Seemed like the kitchen had good basic - didn’t use anything other than the toaster. Location was great, very close to Dt. Sydney. Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful new hotel. Included kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. Only complaint i would have is breakfast was on paper plates which was ok but the wooden utensils aren't that great. I know they are conserving energy but could use metal utensils with paper plates.

A very well enjoyed stay here! The building is brand new and in such a convenient spot near the ferry and airport, plus only about 30 minutes from downtown Victoria. There’s a huge free parking lot too, which already felt like a win before even checking in. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. Everyone greeted guests so kindly with warm voices and genuinely friendly energy. It honestly felt like they were happy you were there, which makes such a difference.

The lady that checked us in was so helpful and friendly. I wish I got her name. The hotel looked brand new and was only a few minutes drive from the airport. Concerns are was that mattress in the pull out coach felt very thin compared to their pull outs that we have slept on. So that bed was not very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was insufficient each time the workers brought out food it would be enough for only a few people and other guests would have to wait. I felt really bad for the breakfast staff as it was not their fault, the kitchen was not equipped to handle the number of guests. I was told they only had one oven. To me is seemed they were just heating up frozen pre packaged eggs from Costco. So the hot food was disappointing for me and they never replenished the cut fruit as they may have run out or just did not have the time as they were working so hard to refill the hot food little by little. Even under all the pressure they must have felt, the breakfast staff were lovely and did their absolute best. As for the cold food, drinks and coffee they were excellent .We especially enjoyed the coffee machine that made lattes and top tier hot chocolate. Fitness centre and pool were great. I also want to share that whenever I passed by hotel staff, I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. This hotel is about 35 minute drive to Victoria.

I found that there fee for dogs to be higher than the other hotels I have stayed at. As well, they are very limited with there breakfast options if you are celiac, I find most places will do boiled eggs and have fresh fruit, this was not the case. They were good enough to get me gluten free bread and they warmed it in there oven. I thought that was great service.
