"I understand all the great reviews. This place was so good I stayed an extra night. Breakfast is great, rooms are clean and feel safe and comfortable. I wads blown away by the customer service and the little details in the room of snacks and sweet notes that made it feel so personal. It was a really nice touch. Also the beds are comfortable. "

From check in through giving helpful hints on places to go, best routes to get there, and overall making us feel at home, this stay cemented us staying at this location going forward. We are in this area 1 to 2 times every year. The decision on where to stay is already made!!"

"We had a very easy check-in. There were no additional charges outside of what I was already told. There was no additional security hold or anything. We did go to the other building to lodge, which is not inside the same building as the waterpark so next time we would probably want to stay in the exact building as the indoor pool if we went again my kids were actually ready to go after one day so we didn’t need multiple days compared to great Wolf Lodge. It was on a smaller scale for my children, but very fun park and great hotel."
