"We wanted a week with family and a few of our kids friends. This place was very nice and clean. It was fairly quiet and secluded, but not far from restaurants and activities. The beach was not busy at all. We highly recommend."

"Gorgeous, spacious, well-maintained home with everything you could think of to make you feel right at home! Everything you need for the beach from towels to umbrellas to kids' toys. Practically new refrigerator and washer/dryer. This house was perfect for our family, our teenagers each had their own room with private bathroom and there are 2 TV rooms. The tortoise burrow in the front yard was fun, we named the tortoise and had fun watching her. The tortoises across the street were fun to see on the walk over to the beach. The beach we almost always had entirely to ourselves. We were able to make some rare finds like a 8" in-tact conch, which we kept outside as a pet for the week and then took home the shell. I enjoyed the nice, long running path in the area, and our oldest was able to use one of the bikes to bike into town for his gym workouts. James the owner was always available by text. We had a great week and made a lot of memories with our kids!!"

"Absolutely everything we needed was there at the property. The beach was beautiful and it felt like we had our own private beach for the week! The AC kept up with the heat and kept us comfortable throughout our stay, which is a must for summers in Florida. We brought our dog and loved the fenced in yard for her. There really wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there for us! There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It was a great vacation!!"

"We rented this VRBO to vacation as a family that hasn’t been together in over a year four bedrooms four bathrooms were perfect for everyone. There was plenty of space for everyone to find a seat for dinner, but not a table big enough to handle a group of 10. Furniture was minimum. And I brought extra chairs from a friend who lives nearby.There was plenty of silverware, but a little short on plates bowls and large serving bowls. With a small purchase at the dollar store, I was able to find some metal tins and large plastic bowls too use for the week.Paper products and garbage bags were provided and were wonderful to have. The cooler is a very small six pack cooler not a large cooler and the grill was a great benefit.However, check the oil pan before you start the grill it was not cleaned.This is a remote location, not near the town that you can walk to. It is a drivable area between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce. There’s a Cumberland Farms store a few miles down the road. And 9 miles from Vero Beach downtown.A private beach access was absolutely wonderful and worth every penny of renting here the pool is more of a wading pool than a swimming pool. But we are a tall family, the pool is cool and not heated.The access to the intercoastal is a nice walk, however on each side of this property, there is natural wildlife and tend to be buggy on an afternoon walk or early morning, fishing excursion.I would rent this property again."

"This house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We were able to watch manatees daily from the dock. We were able to fish. The outdoor space was great - from the pool, the outdoor grill and bar areas. The inside of the house was even better in person. My only complaint was my wife and I would have liked to have had a tv in the bedroom with that bath as only one room had a tv in it. That was the only complaint from the kids as well as one of their rooms had a tv while the other did not. But nothing honestly disappointed. Location was great and everything was better than expected. "
