"We wanted a week with family and a few of our kids friends. This place was very nice and clean. It was fairly quiet and secluded, but not far from restaurants and activities. The beach was not busy at all. We highly recommend."

"We rented this VRBO to vacation as a family that hasn’t been together in over a year four bedrooms four bathrooms were perfect for everyone. There was plenty of space for everyone to find a seat for dinner, but not a table big enough to handle a group of 10. Furniture was minimum. And I brought extra chairs from a friend who lives nearby.There was plenty of silverware, but a little short on plates bowls and large serving bowls. With a small purchase at the dollar store, I was able to find some metal tins and large plastic bowls too use for the week.Paper products and garbage bags were provided and were wonderful to have. The cooler is a very small six pack cooler not a large cooler and the grill was a great benefit.However, check the oil pan before you start the grill it was not cleaned.This is a remote location, not near the town that you can walk to. It is a drivable area between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce. There’s a Cumberland Farms store a few miles down the road. And 9 miles from Vero Beach downtown.A private beach access was absolutely wonderful and worth every penny of renting here the pool is more of a wading pool than a swimming pool. But we are a tall family, the pool is cool and not heated.The access to the intercoastal is a nice walk, however on each side of this property, there is natural wildlife and tend to be buggy on an afternoon walk or early morning, fishing excursion.I would rent this property again."

"We loved this property and would 100% rent it again!Very clean, super safe neighborhood, comfortable environment. This location is about 10-12 minutes to South Beach and within a short drive to just about everything else.Kitchen was pretty well stocked and everything you would need for vacation cooking. There were some staples provided - paper towel, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Laundry room - very nice washer and dryer (no mildew smell), some laundry detergent provided.Bathrooms - came stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, and some odds and ends that you may forget on vacation. Wifi was excellent. I could take Teams calls without issue from this location.Again, would 100% rent this property again!"

"This house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We were able to watch manatees daily from the dock. We were able to fish. The outdoor space was great - from the pool, the outdoor grill and bar areas. The inside of the house was even better in person. My only complaint was my wife and I would have liked to have had a tv in the bedroom with that bath as only one room had a tv in it. That was the only complaint from the kids as well as one of their rooms had a tv while the other did not. But nothing honestly disappointed. Location was great and everything was better than expected. "
