"The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the lucie, we booked the king ocean balcony view. We stayed on the 7th floor the room was very clean and bright. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Our balcony was very sturdy and clean I loved the see through glass. The beach was super clean. Only thing was I wish they provided beach chairs that you didn’t have to pay for. Parking was easy and very cheap. Great restaurants I. The area. Hotel staff was very friendly and outgoing would definitely return"
