"Michelle is the absolute best check in person/chef/cleaning lady. She’s very kind and warm welcoming. She also happens to makes the best root beer float. I really love this Hyatt it has a homey mom and pop/business feel . I’ve stayed here quite a few times and Michelle is the absolute best. "

I think they need another room out front of the hotel where the sitting area is for casual hanging out Because that wind picks up on the ocean and sometimes you can't really enjoy yourself by the pool other than that, everything was great.
