"Hotel was plain and worn. Breakfast was subpar. The only fresh fruit was apples. TV was blaring making it impossible to hold a conversation."

"The Sheraton PGA is listed with rating of 10. It’s not even a 1. It’s rundown and old. It looks like an old time share. The appliances are very old. Sliding door tracks are dirty. The picture of the pool does represent reality. The lobby is being renovated and they are using run down office. They are pumping nasty air freshener through vents which is unhealthy. I recommend selecting another hotel. We left early after using Clorox and buying our own sheets. "

"The lobby staff was very helpful and the breakfast was acceptable and clean. The issue we had was with housekeeping. Our beds were not made (we had a 2 room suite), trash was not removed (we had it in OUR trash bags because there wasn’t enough of there’s), supplies were not refilled. We had to get toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee pods from the front desk. We told the front desk staff about it and it still was not done. Location was great with access to restaurants and stores."

"For the price, couldn’t be beat. We walked across the street for meals at the One twenty One, also great food. "

"The hotel stay was disappointing overall. The rooms were very worn out and clearly outdated, with visible signs of heavy use. It didn’t feel well maintained, and the condition of the room took away from the experience. Definitely in need of renovation."
