"I have stayed here before, booked through the actual hotel and had better accommodations. I feel booking through an outside party, my room was not as kept. There was a ceiling crack, no fan in the bathroom and the complementary robes literally smelled like cat urine. I love thos reaort, but was t impressed with the room I received. I was however very please with our housekeepers, she was lovely, even brought my daughter a cookie, as she missed them when we were out for the evening. "

"The apartment was adequate and reasonably well maintained. Cleaning could have been better, and there were obvious minor repairs that were needed the did leave a great first impression. With that said the grounds and pool area were well maintained and the apartment was adequate and in a good location. I would consider going back for pratical reasons noted and cost was very reasonable."

"When I booked the room it said I would be getting a beach front ,corner room. Instead I was put back in the second building , no beach front, room right outside of the air conditioning units. I will be taking my business else where. Felt like I was scammed "
