"There were a few roaches in my room And the pillow smelled like roast spray. And I am always wanting to give a 4 star. I use my diamond 750000 points to stay here. Because it would be near the turtle reservation. And was shocked that I was finding roaches in the room. I wanted to move out early, but I stayed. But I will not leave a review that indicates anything. But what I seem, I am always at your hostels. But mostly extended, stay. So I am very surprised. Thank you for your support. The staff was great. They were very kind. The morning breakfast was great.But the room"

"2 lights in room were not working. Breakfast serving staff were EXCELLENT! Breakfast was better than most! The planes coming in over head were noisy and close but infrequent!"

"We had a wonderful stay and the house was very clean. It had an immense amount of kitchen amenities- you could cook/bake anything you need! The outdoor space did not disappoint, with the beautiful pool and plenty of seating areas. We also enjoyed the big screen for movies during some bad weather days. The hosts communicated very quickly and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Yes! Did not find too many shops nearby but we were not interested in that. It was a delightful place and overall location to water front and restaurants was in good driving distance."

"Microwave did not work, water cooler in kitchen with empty water jug, electrical outlet exposed with no cover, only 2 bath towels for 2 adults for 3 days.. and no washer and dryer in unit. Cracks in floor in tile, poor remodel (as my husband is a retired builder), baseboards are slapped together… no soap (except for a previously used bar of soap), and I could go on… Next time we’ll stay where we did in September on the river in Stuart, where they even had a bottle of wine for us. "
