"Very welcoming.....place was very clean smelled good staff cleaned every day ..front desk very friendly and helpful...my room had a view of the ocean the bars and food was very well tasty...I just wanted a quick getaway from Brooklyn .N.Y I appreciate the time I was there and planning on coming back soon Thanks for everything.....even left a tip to buy lunch...Cheers to great walks bye the beach great food and hospitality...... "I had to kill a Palmetto bug in my room that was 3 inches long. The staff didn’t seem to care, anll they did was give me the card to the general manager. He never called me back after numerous messages. DONT STAY HERE."

"We stayed 4- 18-26 the chair in the room had mold on it, the bathroom drains did not drain very well and the shower was moldy and the tub had holes it. The balcony looked like I built it from leftover materials from a job site. The bathroom door had to be forced to close and open. Over all I could have stayed at the royal inn across the street and saved 75$ it's to bad , I've stayed there before and had a great experience, maybe there's a new owner that doesn't care. Antoine"

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was extremely dirty when I arrived — the floors looked like they had not been cleaned, the bathroom was filthy, and there were stains on the sheets and towels. It was honestly shocking. To make matters worse, there were serious water problems during my stay. The shower had little to no water pressure, and at times there was no hot water at all. The sink was also draining very slowly, which made the situation even more frustrating. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I brought these issues to their attention. Instead of trying to resolve the problems, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Management was even worse — they clearly did not care and made no real effort to fix anything despite multiple complaints. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, rude staff, and careless management made this stay unacceptable."
