  • Contemporary furnished villa in one of the best locations of Vero's Barrier Island.

    4 full bedrooms: include 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Bunk bedroom w/Twin XL over a Queen (sleeps up to 4 kids or 3 adults). More then 3000 sqft (300 m²) under air + oversized 3 car garage. Everything is updated and clean and high profile furnished. You enjoy split living-ideal for families or even two families.

    Your private beach/ocean access is steps away (75 yards). Or just relax, listen to the ocean waves in your cozy covered patio area overlooking the large pool area. Located on a quiet private road (cul-de-sac), your home is the third back from the Atlantic Ocean.

    The beach is rarely crowded. Sometimes access is recommended at LOW TIDE when you can walk either north or south for miles.

    Everything is here, including equipment for the beach and two kayaks for your usage. You just supply the people and you have found paradise.

    Execution of owner's rental agreement is required prior to confirmation of booking.
