no carts had to wait along time to unload. asked for first floor cause i need to be close to car/ i just had a heart attack room was last room on third floor room 323 long walk for a senior with health issues. room was very clean and was impressed but the ice machine didnt work. nobody told us and they knew and only ice machine to use was on first floor.
