"My room could have been cleaned better. Our towels were always left on the floor after room cleaning. The bathroom floor was still always full of hair. Our sheets were not changed after every room cleaning. Very disappointed with our room cleaning."

"Overall, we had a great stay and truly enjoyed our time at the resort. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, and the magician show featuring Reynold Alexander was a highlight of our trip. There are a few areas that could be improved. The pool closed a bit too early, the beach could have been cleaner, and there were fewer activities than we expected. At night, the beach and children’s play area would benefit from better lighting. Adding music around the pool, beach, and outdoor areas would also create a more welcoming atmosphere. Our room was very nice overall, although the balcony door occasionally locked unexpectedly. The breakfast was good, but the grab-and-go selection was limited. We were also disappointed with the restaurants—especially Palio, which was expensive and didn’t meet our expectations. Parking could be improved, as spaces were tight, the shuttle sometimes had long waits, and the daily parking fee should ideally be included with the stay. We also wish there had been an early check-in option. Although we had to wait until nearly check-in time, we appreciated being able to use the resort amenities while we waited. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and with a few improvements, this resort could be exceptional."

"Our stay at Las Casitas at El Conquistador was truly unforgettable! It was our first visit, but certainly not our last! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful amenities, breathtaking views, and exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and that level of hospitality made all the difference. A special thank you to our mayordomo, Timothy, who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help at a moment’s notice. Whether it was answering questions, making recommendations, or ensuring we had everything we needed, his kindness and professionalism made our stay even more special. We also loved how the staff recommended activities and introduced us to some of the best local, cultural cuisine. Those thoughtful suggestions helped us experience Puerto Rico in such an authentic and memorable way. The only downside to our trip was having to leave. We came home already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you to everyone at Las Casitas for creating such an incredible experience! We can’t wait to be back!"

El Conquistador Resort

"The resort was stunning. Everything was updated except for our room. Had I have known I would’ve booked on the other side of the hotel to get an updated room. Our window view which was ocean view was mediocre at best. Everything else was great though. The staff were phenomenal. Food was fantastic. I would recommend it!"
