Balcony with ocean view. The property is beautiful, excellent. Everything was perfect, I love it ! I will recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in Fajardo PR. The boats are next to the property, so we had a blast going to Icacos Island. We love it o come back.

I stood here for a couple of nights with my family of 4. The condo is so beautifully decorated and very clean. I especially loved the amazing view. Shops and restaurants were easy to get to 10-15 mins driving. The pool is massive, unfortunately it was closed for 2 days of our stay, but it wasn’t the property owners fault. Everything about this stay was great. Would 100% recommend.

The condo was in the perfect location for all our adventures in the area. It had everything we needed for an easy and relaxing stay. The modern beachy decor and the balcony/view were such a nice place to come home to after a day at the rainforest and beach. We highly recommend it and hope to return someday!

Fantastic apartment with beautiful view, very clean and safe. Not too far from the beach. Has everything you need. Only downfall is there’s no hot water in the shower. But that’s just the building, nothing to do with the apartment owner.

Gorgeous View

We had four stay here (husband, myself, and kids). It was the most beautiful view with nearby activities and beaches. We loved the back porch and little swing on the porch. We drove to 7 Seas and had a wonderful day there and took a trip to Vieques for the day to snorkel. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was extremely responsive with any questions and flexible.

Everything was perfect except the condo beach front. The beach was unkept and not an appealing or safe place for actual swimming, otherwise we were delighted with the cleanliness of the condo itself. The view was spectacular.

Home away from home!

The apartment was tastefully decorated and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. High security to get in on arrival day; afterward easy access. The view of the bay from the balcony was priceless. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had the basic items to cook a meal. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and functional. The apartment was spotless! The owner was very responsive and understanding of our needs. The only thing we regret was our short stay.

Nice place in a not so nice area

Overall the property was as described. Kitchen has only basic items, but still missing things such as a colander. Shower curtain instead of shower doors allows water to escape onto general floor and no bath mat was provided. Could use more hooks to hang towels especially since it has a pool. Positives include property cleanliness, large pool with few people actually using it and security. The general area around this is appears pretty run down which made going for morning runs a bit sketchy. That said, we didn’t have any issues and actually met some locals that were super kind. All that said, the view was amazing, quick access to surrounding areas and property was sufficient for a group of 3. We won’t stay here again just based on local area not having good jogging/walking routes, but if that doesn’t matter to you it’s quite nice.
