"This is our favorite rental and we have stayed here between one and three times a year since 2021. The owner has thought of everything because he used to live onsite . The main house is where we always place people traveling with children and it has two suites on the middle level , a well stocked kitchen on the main level and a roof top upper level for people who want to enjoy the view . The ADU ( owners suite ), pool cabana and three pool suites complete the compound and everyone has privacy. The walkable boardwalk has some of the island 's best restaurants and coconut beach is an easy walk from the home . Some of our best vacation memories occurred here and we can't wait to come back and make more "

"We arrive late, after the last ferry got in, so we were told to go to an empty room at the top of the steps. What a thrill, staying at Hicks! The open air concept is amazing. Sleeping with just a mosquito net over us, in the open air, was a delight."

"Amazing location on a hilltop. The 3rd floor room with balcony has a breathtaking view of the ocean, the surroundings and, yes, the myriad iguanas on trees and on the ground. My daughter loved the hammock. The room itself was clean, spacious with a strong wifi. "

"The room was clean, had a fridge to use, the AC worked fine even though I never used it just the ceiling fan. The location is excellent, close to dining, walking the boardwalk on Esperanza and easy to find on a map. The internet worked great, no problems. The sound of crickets at night was awesome, you just have to wait til kind of late for the nearby club to stop playing music around midnight or so sometimes. The staff at the restaurant were super awesome. Overall it felt safe, relaxing and best for those who loves the outdoors."

"Room was nice. View from roof was unreal. Cafe at lobby had really good coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only note of concern is the hot water was not easy to get. You need to work for it "
