Excellent customer services!

Stayed on 17th floor facing airport, amazing views, great amenities, a massive hotel with normal big hotel amenities (laundry service only). Comfortable beds and pillows. One downside was walls between rooms super thin, lady in room next door coughed all night long 😞, limited sleep had.

The laundry was clean and easy to use. The room was reasonably clean but could do with a deep clean, under the beds and behind the units.

We absolutely loved Hotel Liber! Rooms are big and generous and work well for families

A great hotel, however a dign in English is required. Should say, “Reception or check in Lvl “. As we had no internet, to translate on our phone.

The staff were amazing in helping with tickets and luggage forwarding especially Diana who speaks English. Walking distance to multiple convenience stores, pharmacy and train station.

Excellent Location and a Wonderful Stay in Osaka! We had a great stay at this hotel in Osaka for 4 nights! The location was fantastic, with three train stations nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Dotonbori was also just a comfortable 20-minute walk away, which was perfect for enjoying the food, shopping and atmosphere. Great place

Hotel the flag is in a super convenient location. We could easily travel around Osaka on the metro and the SHINSAIBASHI shopping street was right next door with great shopping. Would stay here again.

Perfectly situated with super easy access to multiple lines of the train and bus. Easily the best option when visiting Osaka.

Wonderful hotel and so close to a major train station. Amenities, we had to collect from downstairs at lobby. Clean, quiet and peaceful, and perfect for the price.

The hotel room is spacious for 4 of us. Easy to catch train & there is an onsen close to hotel. Clean & comfortable.

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed here for 6 nights. The bed was SUPER comfortable, the staff were friendly and the hotel is located close to lots of great dining options. It's a short walk to the train station entrances too.

Staff exceeded expectations, particularly going above and beyond to track down missing luggage forwarded from Ueno. Cannot thank them enough.
