"The guest service at Negiya Ryofukaku was amazing. They pay attention to detail, are friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in each and every Guest. They offer a personal shuttle to the Bus stop or the immediate local arima area. They assisted us with dining reservations for our first night. The dinner and two breakfasts were delicious. We would love to visit again."

"Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. "We loved the room and the space was larger than we expected. It was very comfortable for 5 people for 7 days. We really appreciated the kitchen, laundry, and balcony with a rack for drying clothes. It is just a twenty min walk to the pier to catch ferry to aquarium or to USJ. We also took advantage of the restaurant and spa on site. It was our first time to Japan and we will definitely be back!"
