"Excellent property and very helpful staff"

"Beautiful hotel, very nice."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and the perfect size for one or two people. The restaurant that is right beside the hotel is very delicious and would highly recommend eating there for breakfast."

"The room was so clean and comfortable to stay.. specially washrooms like that"

"Very good price quality which gives it a good rating"

"Very helpful and respectful staff. The location can't be beat if you want to be in the heart of Kobe. If you are coming via Sannomiya station it's only a 5 minute walk! The lobby is beautifully done as well."

"Great stay"

"Great location, walking distance to the shore and attractions. Walking distance to the hills, botanical garden. Great service, hellful staff. Superb breakfast buffet."

"The room was large and very clean. Staff were very polite and professional. The entire hotel was very elegant and will be in my future plans."

"good！"

"This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - a very easy walk to the harbour area and great subway access to shin-kobe and Sanomiya stations. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor was great and the spa/onsen was brilliant. We will...

"Staff is courteous and helpful and they make the difference in our short stay in Kobe. Location is convenient too."

"出張での利用でしたが問題ありませんでした。スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれました。"

"Everything was old and outdated. Very dirty and smelly and slightly damp. The door had no key. Felt very unsafe, like I was in a poorly maintained adult doll house. And all that for 210 bucks. 0/10 would not recommend."

"Excellent services, great room and food"

"One of the best Ryokan in Arima"
