"Thus hotel is so convenient. We the limousine bus from KIX, this hotel is the first stop, so easy do convenient. Also 3 minutes walk to Osaka Station. Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable."

"Property is nice. Room is a bit small, but doable. The twin beds are definitely twin XL beds, comfy for 1 pax per bed. I like how they made the 3rd bed already. It’s about a 10 min walk from shin Osaka so with luggage it’s a bit of a walk. "

"Staff were very welcoming but the hotel is very basic. Pictures look like there is a shared spa but this is only for private rooms so is a bit misleading. Great location to get to the park but it’s ever basic. "

"Everything was pretty self served. One downside every night usually there is a bit of a line up at the lobby to take the elevator back to the room. Also if you needed any type of luggage service in the morning better go early or else there is also a big lineup to get helped."

"This hotel and staff are exceptional. Arrive to check in and there are multiple staff to help. There is a cart with cleansers, hair brushes, shavers etc if you have forgotten anything. Check in is smooth, room is clean, quiet and spacious. Family Mart and Lawson right across the road, 5 minute walk to Osaka Station and the Metro. On check out, they have a luggage delivery service to the next hotel which I would highly recommend. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. "
