"Food was not good. Asian restaurant was the best but other food was barely edible or had flavor."

"Remote in room did not work, attempted to have it replaced multiple times and it never was. Ran out of body wash 2 days into our 6 day stay, again attempted multiple times to have body wash refilled and it never was. Check out day I was trapped in the elevator for almost 30 minutes. I banged on the door texted my driver and he went into the office to let them know and NO ONE helped. My partner was able to free me only to see an employee right outside the door watering the plants. He never made an effort to help. "

"Third floor pool was the only swim up bar. It had a film in the back right corner that we had to constantly stay away from or move to the filter. There was a dead lizard at the bottom of the pool at one point. Not sure how often they clean it. Bali beds are an up charge even afternoon when they haven’t been used and it’s with items (lobster dinner and tequila) that we wouldn’t have wanted. No info given regarding restaurants days open, times or that majority needed reservations at check in. AC broke in room 2x after being moved. Food was delicious. Don’t get a room by the pool- if you want to nap or go to bed early, The stairs hinder housekeeping and in the AM you hear them pulling or pushing carts up or down stairs in the hall. It wasn’t the most relaxing, but we enjoyed it and maneuvered around issues that didn’t work for us to make the best. Overall it was close to 5th Ave- something we’d never done and it was a new experience! Some staff weren’t the friendliest or helpful. Daily entertainment lacked but again gor the mo ey it was a good resort. "

"Antera was great all around. It was in a convenient location and the room itself was perfect for our group. We enjoyed our rooftop terrace and the pool was also nice. We were close to 5th avenue and also in walking distance to walmart. The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped."

"The hotel doesn't offer much but for the price and location it was great. The room we received was very clean and well equipped. The property was also very clean. The only cons are the bed was a bit hard and the jacuzzi on rooftop was out of order."

"Amazing Cleaner staff, the room was smelling nice and very clean everyday, it is good if you maybe want to cook something sometimes, I didn't use the pool but it seems nice too! Good location and everything is nearby"
