"The hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned daily, the staff was tremendously helpful and very friendly. The only issues I had was the pillows are horrible, it’s right on a main access road to the beach so is very loud and it’s open concept so you hear everything in the halls and lobby even on the third floor, the hours are very odd for an adults only as the bar is only open from 11am to midnight and the buffet is not all day. The food however was excellent especially the Italian restaurant! It’s nice and close to the pier to go to Cozumel as well as great shopping and night life! Definetly a pros and cons resort"

The restaurant was great with great food next to the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious just as shown in their pictures. Is a great hotel if you want to be next to the busy downtown area. Walking distance to the ADO bus and Walmart. "
