Many restaurants and several shopping malls are steps away from the hotel. It's also very close to subway station. The property has an upscale appearance inside and out. Most staffs were pleasantly polite and helpful; room was clean and well equipped; breakfast buffet selection was quality and substantial. It'd be my first choice when I return to Shanghai next trip. "

Only slight negative is breakfast is tepid coffee and pastry from the bakery next door, not a full breakfast. Staff are very friendly."
