"The hotel was perfect. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was so gracious. The restaurants were wonderful. The food was delicious, and the staff were kind and professional. 7-11 on the property was an incredible convenience. The hotel location was great — close enough to action, but not in the middle of it. The Club Lounge was a dream. The only thing that could have made it better was if the pool was open, but it closed at the end of September. Regardless, we can't wait to go back again!!! Thank you Keio Plaza!"

"This hotel was exactly what we needed after a long 14 hour flight. After we got off the plane, there was a direct shuttle to this hotel which was awesome! The staff at hotel was fantastic. We got tricked by the buffet dinner service though!! It is extremely expensive and as foreigners who were exhausted, had just arrived and we're starving, we had the buffet dinner and it was 100,000 yen in total!! The buffet was delicious but not worth $100 for me and my husband. All around, the room was spacious enough for Japan style hotels, and we loved it"
