"The location of the apartment is great. It is close to a lot of attractions and shopping centers. Right outside the gate, it is newly opened the LV flagship store, Zhang Yuan is also right outside of another gate. It is also 1km to the nanjinglu shopping district. The apartment is very clean and roomy. The check-in process is very easy. The TYMS management is very good and helpful. We left some clothes in the apartment and they helped to shipped them to our hotel in Beijing."

"The property is not located at the address mentioned by Expedia, the taxi driver had to call to owner of the property to get the correct address after driving around for one hour while we had to pay the taxi fee. The building is dirty and the entrance smells like sewer. The 3 beds in the apartment are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is dirty and moldy. As per the description, there is a 55 inch tv in the apartment, which is not correct, as there is only a projector. "

"The place it's dirty they don't change the sheets to wash them, we found many hairs on the beds and one of room the smell of cigarettes was too strong. On the shower also found several hairs and dry soup., signal of not being washed. "First, after I paid Vrbo told me that the unit that they listed/I paid is not available! Upgraded us to a bigger one. I asked them to make sure all bed sheets and towels are clean/changed. After checked in they are all dirty and towels have stains. Mattresses are as hard as stones!! After staying in the unit for 2 nights, my back was in pain for a whole week. All check in informations were not clear. I need to keep asking them until the very last moment to ensure all the check in procedures....

"Clean, modern, quality hotel in the very centre of Shanghai. Plenty of shopping immediately outside the hotel, with Shanghai Old Town and the Bund less than 1 mile walk. We arrived before 09:00. Nice welcome from the staff, who held our bags while we waited for check-in to open. A big thank you to Michael who let us check-in early when a room became available. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Michael and Echo were brilliant. Breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again."
