"Friendly and helpful staff"

"This is alovely boutique hotel that looks just like the online pictures. The man who greated me spoke the best English of anyone I have met in 7 weeks of travel in China and his advise on how to maximize my time was spot on. whe I asked about a car and driver for the day he arranged it. I am not cerrtain but I think the car may have been owned by the hoqtel and the driver may be on the psyroll. In any event it was very convenient and the driver and I got along fine with our respective phone...

"Overall good experience in the middle of old town. The hotel is very close to some major sights with plenty of restaurants around. There is also a shop at the corner that sells the most delicious cookies! It was easy to plan for day trips with driver. Hotel room was beautiful but a bit small when you have 2 big luggages with you. Staff were friendly and responsive to requests."
