"Vary disappointed looked a lot better in advert, television did not work, shower fittings bad, sockets loose on walls, air-con smells, no one checked on us, room service was terrible, no change of towels or offer to clean room in 4 day stay.best thing was the view."

An island resort
"The gentleman was very nice and allowed us free use of a scooter and drove us back to the ferry for free - I unfortunately the bed was so hard and uncomfortable and it ruined any good night sleep - if there is a better mattress somewhat softer would be great - there was no hot shower here"

"チェックインの時スタッフに隣りに連れて行かれた。とてもホテルとは思えない。フロントも無い。通路には物が散乱して部屋を3回変ったが、どの部屋も洗面、シャワー共に全然水が出ない。途中でキャンセルして他のホテルに移った。部屋に行くのに、倉庫の中を通って行かなければいけないし、部屋はゴキブリだらけだし。キャンセルしたけど返金は無かった。"
