The fenced back yard for our dogs was a game changer for us, being able to take them to the beach, let them in the backyard to hose them down and let them dry off was great!We were able to enjoy the hot tub and the kitchen had the basics we needed to cook while we were there. It was a great location where it was quiet but close enough to things you never really drove more than 5 minutes"
