"The room is clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food and drinks vending machines provided in the rest area are for local use in China only, it recognises a local mobile number in order to use it. The main lobby and all other access areas required a good maintenance and cleaning service. The air is surrounded by cigarette smell. They should locate a smoking area or rest area for smokers."

"Hotel has a great location for Pudong Airport and Disney with free shuttles to both, rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are polite and will always assist you, metro into the city is easily accessible by DiDi cab and costs between £3-£5 depending on type of car. Food seems to be traditional Chinese breakfast to a good standard, would definitely recommend this hotel and will return if ever in Shanghai."

"My room (executive room) was on the 39. floor and the view on Pudong was amazing, I could directly see the Shanghai Tower and the Oriental Pearl Tower! The room was really nice (although a bit older) and breakfast was also great. The executive lounge with free drinks and snacks from 4:30 to 8 p.m. was also included in the executive room package (I did not know that), which made the experience even better. "Stayed here for three nights in the executive suite. Staff greeted us with a note and fruits. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast choices. Clean environment, surrounding area has restaurants and a subway. We mainly use taxi to go to Shanghai Disneyland and the PuDong Airport. It’s close to the airport and the Disneyland. I enjoyed the stay in this place. Will definitely come back next time. "
