"Stayed here while visiting from the US for Disneyland and to see some things in the city. Very friendly and very helpful staff! The free shuttle to/from Disney and to/from the airport is extremely helpful. They sent us detailed instructions via email on how to get to the Pudong airport pickup area. There are free laundry machines (washer and dryer) with detergent included which was a huge help on our trip. The room size is excellent and the hotel area feels very safe. If the shuttle times dont work for you then didis are also super cheap from here: one all the way to the shanghai zoo was only about $22, all the way back from the bund was $15, rides to/from disney are about $5, and a ride to the costco down the street (where you can use your US membership) is about $2.50! Will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future."

"Would be the worst 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff disinterested from arrival to departure. Rooms are small, old and desperately in need of renovation as well as are the public areas and F&B outlets. International hotel companies will have endless standards and policies & procedures as well as detailed audits by their HQ and mystery guest audits etc - hard to believe not deflagged from the network. Then surprised to see the actual hotel GM is also the MO Area VP Ops for China."

"Хорошая история для большой семьи , есть двух и трех спальные аппараты, прямой выход в торговый центр и достаточно вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, из минусов - уровень персонала достаточно низкий , 20 минут не могут принести чемоданы , на завтраке постоянно заканчиваются стаканы и чашки"

"Breakfast is always fantastic. Staff are generally very nice but as all Chinese staff are, they are very blunt and often a little rude and forceful. This is the same everywhere though. Room is spacious and clean and a very nice hotel"
