The hotel is conveniently located to many tourist attractions (the Bund, Yuyuan garden, Nanjing Road). The rooms are big, clean and lovely. The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location. The Chinese new year festival was right next-door. There's a lovely park with an ancient tea room and art exhibit nearby. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The bed is super comfortable with excellent sheets. The toilet is amazing. Breakfast is delicious.

We had an incredible stay - would highly recommend the hotel. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful and made the stay perfect. There was a female receptionist who was amazing. There was an evening where we were exhausted and wanted to order food in the room. We couldn't work out how to use the apps, the receptionist was able to order us food within 10 mins. She also helped us with booking our first didi/taxi and giving advice on the easiest/quickest routes for stuff.

It’s a really nice hotel. Absolutely perfect location by the bund. Nice staff and super friendly. Only downside is the people smoking in the bathroom and balconies and that not everybody in reception speaks English, but that’s fixable with translate apps :).

We truly enjoyed our stay at Blossom House. The service was excellent, breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel also organizes activities and city tours, which we took part in—a traditional Chinese incense ceremony and a guided walk along The Bund. Definitely recommend this place.

The room was spacious and uniquely decorated. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful and made a good effort to help us despite the language barrier. The location is only a few minutes from the yu garden train station so it is easy to travel throughout the city easily. You can walk to many restaurants and to the yu garden within a few minutes.

We are a family for four with two kids age 11 and 7, stayed for 6 days. This hotel is family friendly, offers free activities like city walk with local tour guide, and craft arts etc. Right next to the subway station and Yu garden, and about 10 min walk to the Bund. Our room was large and clean, all the drinks and snacks are free, they even offer free laundry station. They also have a photographer on site! We really enjoyed staying here and would totally recommend it.
