"Always a pleasant experience when staying at A Dorsett hotel. Firstime staying Shanghai and was so pleased. Wish i had a longer stay. Hotel is just right across the Century park. Has the Exit 4 of Line 2 Metro Subway just below the building and 2 other exits a few meters away. A KFC and Luckin coffee too right next to Exit 4 Line 2 Subway... and McDonald's a few meters that is also close by Exit 1 of the Subway."

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We accidentally left our passports in the safe, and when we called, three team members promptly went to the room and retrieved them for us.
