Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and the gym was very good for a hotel gym. We appreciated the access to laundry facilities. Overall it was a great hotel.

Following a long tiring day we found out there was no shuttle pickup service we took a taxi, but instead of 5 kms from the airport as advertised we found the place was a lot further. On arrival they were confused about the reservation and when we finally got a room the key wouldn’t turn on the lights or power in the room. They called out a repairman, on my insistence they finally gave us another room.

ホテルまでの送迎バスの件で2回メールをしましたが、返事がなかったので、タクシーで行きました。その事をチェックインの時に話したら 、フルーツをサービスに届けてくれました。帰りの空港まではチェックインの時にお願いしましたので、問題なく送って頂きました。部屋はゆったりして、モダンで綺麗でした。
