Everything is perfect. Everything is new, the room facility is modern and new. the service is very friendly and kindly to everyone. the bar on the 48th floor has a very nice night view. only one thing is that the breakfast is not enough to choose but it's home made and fresh.

it's a great hotel, great location, at check-in, Laurie was excellent and front desk Desmond Assistant manager was very helpful when we left. Guest service was great when we asked for a firmer pillow and more water, respond was immediate! Highly recommended!

good position, cleaniness and good service

This hotel may not be the newest of most luxurious in the area, but you can't beat it on location, with Nanjing Lu pedestrian street right down stairs, and the metro station just a block away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and windows are well insulated.

the stay was great. good location and very scenic view from the lobby. the hotel room is small but very nice and super affordable. the breakfast buffet was limited but still good enough; the price is a 1/4 of what i'm used to paying so i thought that was a deal.
