"I can only give the stay an moderate to ok rating, as some experiences weren't the best. Firstly the checkin was a bit confusing and caused some stress. The ad description said that someone at the front desk would be there to greet us upon check-in, but leading up to the arrival date i received messages in chinese to add them in Wechat to communicate for more detailed instructions. I did this on but received no reply leading up to the date. So we arrived hoping that there would be someone there...

"The property was clean and well located near Malls and areas to get food. The staff was helpful. Was about 45 minutes from cruise port and Airport port. Very nic walkable location. The only complaint is the room smelled very strong of cigarette smoke which was very bad for us."
