"The IFC Residence was a brilliant hotel experience. I booked the King suite which was very spacious and clean and the facilities were brilliant. As someone who loves swimming and saunas, the roof pool and

facilities were excellent. The pool opens at 7am and doesn't close until 10pm. At one point I was the only one using the pool and jacuzzi area - looking out right at the financial centre buildings. So good! There was a minor hiccup with the check-in system, but the hoteliers kindly provided...

"Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai was nothing short of spectacular. We had a room which took our breath away - floor-to-ceiling windows framing the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower, with the glittering skyline of Shanghai stretching out before us at night. "Room is big, cleaning lady service top notch and helpful. Water pressure, bath tub solid, clean. Solid beautiful view of outside due to high floor #33. Location of hotel was good with convience stores beside. Breakfast was decent at best. Room lighting too dim for my liking. Pillow way too soft that i need to stack bath towel on top to make it firm, internet not as fast and good as I hope otherwise all else are good. Will like to try other hotel in a more vibrant place next time."
