"The hotel is conveniently located to many tourist attractions (the Bund, Yuyuan garden, Nanjing Road). The rooms are big, clean and lovely. The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai. "
