Reception staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was so clean & cozy.
Although we saw guests at breakfast, we never heard anyone…very quiet.
Location was just perfectly walkable to everything and very safe.

"Perfect place to stay prior to next day flight. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. Only improvement would be to have a shuttle to the airport, however the staff ensured we had a taxi when needed for departure. "
"We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs. "

"My stay here was fantastic. It was a short walk from many essentials—from the train station, to markets, restaurants/cafes, and (more importantly, for those on a long trip) foolproof laundromats. The staff were kind, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and always well-kept. I would for sure stay here again the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel situated in a perfect position to explore Florence on foot. Hotel staff were fantastic, all were very helpful and welcoming. The pool is excellent and with the high temperatures in Florence during our visit, was great for spending an afternoon relaxing in. My only negative was that the air conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked and expected. This was definitely the case in our room but also throughout the hotel. "
"Restaurant in the lobby was convenient, although, there are so many restaurant options just nearby. Location of this hotel was amazing - its near the duomo, the ponte vecchio, and the train station. Staff was friendly, although, there was a wait at check out. We stayed in an inferno room which was quite large with a skylight, but had no blackout curtains for the skylight, but it was fine for us. Room smelled a little like plumbing which was offputting but bearable for a two night stay."
"Absolutely beautiful hotel with top-notch service and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and luxurious. The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable we wished we could stay longer. The staff went above and beyond—surprising each of my kids with a stuffed animal and even keeping the restaurant open a little later so they could have dinner after a long day. Every team member we met was warm, thoughtful, and made us feel like valued guests. We’ll definitely be back—and next time for more than just a short stay!"
