The hotel provided a room that was an economy type instead of a standard as reserved and would not change for reasons that they were fully booked even though I thought they were not. The hotel is far away from Florence and to reach you will need a car. The hotel is the only thing worth to see in town and the only restaurant available. The food was good but expensive."
