Cleanly hotel, very nice staff, but nothing special. We stayed for 2 nights while passing through the city and it was fine for a short stay. AC was nice at night, showers were hot and had great pressure. The area has plenty of things to see and places to eat but know it is in a very bustling part of town.

Outstanding location, staff, service, and price. The ideal location close to the train station and all other attractions in Florence. We stayed only a night, but staff graciously allowed us to leave our bags from the early morning of check-in day to the early evening of check-out day. Room was spacious with two separate rooms and GOOD AC. Highly recommend.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was a little dated and we had great trouble with our key and locking our room securely. But it was comfortable and clean and close enough to duomo and the other sights. However I’d say it was quite noisy and our teenage daughter did complain about being woken up by the noise of dishes clattering. It was on a street near restaurants so that might have been it.

The location of this hotel is great - close to the train station, close to the central market, close to the main piazza, 6 minute walk to everything. Staff was helpful. Rooms were definitely dated a a little worn, but clean and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Make sure that you understand that the double rooms have completely separate bathrooms, accessible across the hallway. The bathroom is only yours, but it makes a difference.
