Overall our stay was good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but shower was very very tiny. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations and accommodations. Breakfast is decent. Hotel is in a great location in a nice piazza with lots of great dining options. Very walkable to all major attractions and main train station.

Location is good, staff are friendly, room is bigger we can open two 28” luggage’s on the floor at the same time, but shower room is too small. However the breakfast is way too good, lots choice.

The room was very nice with an unexpected balcony. The AC worked AMAZINGLY....we went during a heat wave but the ac was able to keep the room nice and cool. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. The staff were all super nice and friendly and even offered to hold our bags between checkout and our train. Next time we are in Florence we are definitely going to be back!
