"Great stay for an excellent price and wonderful breakfast the next morning. Good views from our rooftop balcony made for a great evening and morning sit. The air-con works well, and I really enjoyed the unique shower arrangement (you have to unfold the shower enclosure from the wall) which gives you a spacious bathroom when you don't need the shower. The front desk and staff are very accommodating, and did their best with my inability to speak Italian! There is a nice children's park next door...

"The Staff are very helpful.The location is excellent situated between Firenze and Pisa. The town montecatini is very nice,and has good local bus and train links which are very cheap which enabled us to visit Firenze, Pisa, Siena and Viareggio, we had a great time."
