"Beautiful area and perfectly walkable to a lot of the stuff we wanted to see. Lots of great eating spots between 5-20 mins of walking. It also felt less touristy than other parts of Florence which was great for us. Santa Croce is the not so hidden but less gross gem of Florence. The hotel itself is nice, clean and clean. Since the front desk is only open from 8:30 am - 8 pm we had a little bit of a panic trying to get a taxi to the airport at 8:30am on Wednesday morning when it wasn’t open...

From the vantage point of the roof, he explained the rich history of each of the nearby buildings. "Really good location and amenities, easy to access all tourist attractions by foot. Advice and tips given by the owner were very helpful and much appreciated even for food. Only downside was heating was not on, so a bit chilly for our stay. "

"This was a nice place to stay just a simple bus ride to historic town center. We had a very spacious apartment. There were wonderful dining options just around the corner. We would stay again "
