"It has all the amenities and beach access of a larger resort with a small resort atmosphere.the service was great the staff was friendly and attentive and it was near a convenience store for basic essentials although a larger resort has more socializing you get direct beach access, music, and service and the pool was very clean.Everything youd expect in a tulum resort...rooms were very comfy however it needed a litle more comfortable seating for those that enjoy breaks from playa indoors.."
"This place was just perfect for us. Great view of the ocean and pool. Nice breeze at night. Lovely grounds and walking every morning on the beach. Our favorite place for breakfast was at El Zebra next door. We snorkeled and dove at nearby Akumal. Great trip."

"Our first trip to Tulum was unforgettable thanks to Sana! The hotel is located right on the beach—we literally stepped out of our room and were on the sand every morning. We stayed in an ocean view plunge pool room with direct access to the beach and bar, which made everything super convenient. The Mediterranean design throughout the property is stunning, and every detail was thoughtfully done. Huge thanks to Jonathan and Anda for being so helpful with food spots, local recs, and even arranging a rental car delivered to us. All the staff were friendly and made sure we had the best experience. We’ll definitely be back and staying at Sana again!

"Our stay at Nest Tulum in May 2025 was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The property is absolutely stunning—nestled in a lush, serene part of Tulum, just steps from the beach, with a peaceful and beautifully curated design that perfectly blends nature and luxury. A private parking space on the grounds was offered free of charge, which made everything even more convenient.
One of the highlights was the perfect beach access. The beach area was pristine, with plenty of beautifully arranged cabanas to choose from—ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the view with a drink in hand.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether it was assisting with reservations, sharing excellent local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, the service was consistently thoughtful and attentive.
Our room was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and impeccably clean, with every amenity we could have hoped for. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee on our private terrace, surrounded by swaying palm trees.
The on-site dining was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes that truly captured the spirit of Tulum’s local ingredients and coastal flair.
