"We booked this hotel because it was advertised as " Adults Only". Around midnight the kids above us were making so much noise I had to knock on their door. No manager was on duty so I couldn't call anyone. The next day they did change our room but we could still hear the baby crying for our entire stay. The staff onsite apologized but apparently the 2 families staying there ( 4 kids total) are friends of the owners and this has happened numerous times before with other guests complaining. In...

"I love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1.
