"The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs. The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you . The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept well despite of the loud noise of club music. Foods amazing in all restaurants. "

"It was a great stay with 2 kids, very kid friendly and amazing staff and service. That said, a few things could improve - 1) The restaurant is a little overpriced for the quality of the food but then again it’s Tulum so everything is overpriced 2) When booking, nothing was mentioned about the room being part of Luna (Sister property). Would have been nice to know that it was not near the beach. 3) There was a consistent sewage smell near the room which might have been sometime to do with the manual drainage but was a little annoying. Would recommend it to anyone travelling to Tulum with kids. "
