"I travels with a paraplegic patient who needs hoist access under the bed and a bit bigger bed as it was a bit small for him but I must say it made easy with accessible bathroom and it was wheelchair accessible so we worked around it"

"We enjoyed our stay at Princes Gate. We would like to acknowledge the efficient, respectful and welcoming staff. Our room was clean, spacious, warm and had everything we needed. The 2 dining room staff coped so well on the night when there were large numbers of guests and they were obviously understaffed. They were very busy and maintained an excellent, friendly, professional service. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the range of food available. We thought the prices for the evening meals were excessive. Limited parking available."

"Really nice hotel clean and in the center of downtown, you have may restaurants walking distance, the staff was really nice, yo also have kiwi park at walking distance and government gardens also, restaurant was really good and breakfast is great, I 100% recommend this place"
