Hostels in Phoenix

"The hotel lobby is beautiful but when I got to my room, it was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The bed is more firmer than normal which for some people might not be something they want. My real gripe is the bathroom had no working ventilation, the bathroom light stoped working 2nd day and the mirror on the door was not secured properly. "

"Room was clean but small. Extremely loud throughout the night hard to sleep not well insulated. Temperature fluctuates consistently throughout the day. High price on hidden charges and lost items using valet. Out dated elevators that need maintenance. Otherwise was good location to the heart of the city and very kind staff."

"Breakfast was fresh, plenty of food. Staff manning breakfast were quick to replenish. Just wish they would greet :) I do appreciate the staff as I've worked similar job positions, so I have a high regard for everyone who works at hotels. They are the unsung heroes <3"

"Very lovely hotel and rooms were very nice. Valet was more expensive than most places but that would be the only negative. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. "
