"The staff were professional, knowledgeable and helpful especially Mary Jane (MJ). I couldn't have met a more helpful person since the purpose of our stay was to visit the Obama Presidential Center, (OPC). The Center is a great gift to an area of Chicago that seems to be forgotten. The hour long bus ride to the Center from the Midway Airport told the story! MJ was my virtual tour guide!! My room was clean and the breakfast was good. The free airport bus shuttle was an added bonus. The only downside is that the hotel needs a makeover update. Thank you!"
