"The room was filthy had to go get disinfected spray and wipes to wipe things down. People walkin through theMy brother was discriminated against the front desk staff is rude and disrespectful told me i would be lucky if i got a refund when my stay was not completed checked out after being there only a hour. I wouldn’t recommend."

"I booked my stay only because I was stranded when my connecting flight was cancelled. I was told that my flight didn’t leave for another 2 nights so I booked for 2 nights. My flight was then changed to leave the following morning at 9AM after I checked in at midnight. My luggage was also lost so I asked for a dental kit and was told they did not have. After waiting 15-20 minutes for the front desk person to arrive to the front desk so we can check in, I asked if I could shorten my stay and was told by the front desk person that they did not have the authority to shorten my stay and that I would need to speak with a manager the next day. The next day I was in a hurry for my flight and I called the front desk in my taxi on the way to my rebooked flight and they refused to shorten my stay and my refund. The room was dusty and worn with cracks and holes on the walls and ceiling. I couldn’t even shower while I was there because I had no luggage and they did not provide soap or shampoo. The only positive thing about this stay was that they have an onsite laundry that I was able to use but the machine to buy and detergent or fabric softener was out of order."
